Business Architecture
Business Architecture (noun): "A blueprint of the enterprise that provides a common understanding of the organization and is used to align strategic objectives and tactical demands.”
Business Architecture articulates the structure of an enterprise in terms of its capabilities, organizational structure, processes, and information. The business capability is "what" the organization does to meet its goals, the business processes, are "how" the organization executes its capabilities. In articulating the structureand information, the business architecture considers all external actors to an enterprise (including its customers, suppliers, and regulators), to ensure that flow in and out of the enterprise are captured.
At a lower level, we help clients engineer their products and services, their production flows, and their tools and systems to meet their goals. Whether it is being first to market with an innovative product, or redesigning the current state of the business for efficiency and productivity, we help our clients get there.
